There is very little to write here, and that is by design. No accounts. No stored calculations. No data about you sitting on a server somewhere. Last updated 1 November 2026.
Your numbers stay in your browser
Every calculator on this site runs on your device. The amounts, volumes and doses you type are never sent anywhere, because the code that uses them is already on the page. Close the tab and they are gone. This is not a promise about how we handle your data. It is a fact about how the site is built.
Result links
The "copy result link" button writes the numbers you typed into the web address itself, something like ?vial=10&water=2&dose=250. Whoever you send that link to can see those numbers. That is the point of the link, and it is also the whole of it: no name, no account, nothing else rides along. The site also sends a Referrer-Policy header, which stops the full address, numbers included, being passed on to other sites when you click away from here.
Cookies and analytics
DoseUnits sets no cookies. None. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary server logs (pages requested, IP addresses and the like) to run and protect the service, under Cloudflare's own privacy terms. Where visit counts are measured, they use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not follow individuals around the web. There are no advertising trackers on this site and no marketing tools.
If this ever changes
If a future feature genuinely needs data, this page changes first, with a new date at the top, before the feature ships. Not after, and not quietly.
