Contact & Corrections
The most useful thing anyone can send this site is a correction. A wrong number here is not a typo. It can move a real draw, on a real syringe, by a lot. So corrections get a process, not an inbox that nobody reads.
What to report
A calculator result you think is wrong, with the inputs you used. A value in a table, the chart or the PDF that disagrees with the calculator. A fact whose source has moved, changed or been withdrawn. Or a page that breaks, prints badly or is miserable to use on your phone. All of it is welcome, and the first kind is urgent.
What happens next
The report gets checked against the calculator engine and the cited sources. Not against memory, and not against what the page currently says, because the page is the thing being questioned. If the report is right, the fix goes in. Since every table on the site comes from one engine, a single fix corrects the calculator, the tables, the chart and the PDF in one go. Then the fix is written into the change log on the Methodology page, with its date, where anyone can see it. Corrections stay public on purpose.
What we cannot help with
There are no accounts, no orders and no stored data here, so there is no account support to give. And we cannot answer questions about amounts, schedules, or whether something is right for you. Those are medical questions. A clinician is the person for them. What we can do is the arithmetic, on any numbers you bring, as many times as you like.
